1. Definitions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between d444 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "Member"). By accessing the d444.bar website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met:

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• A bonus may only be usable on the specific games where it is stated to apply.
• If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
• d444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on d444 are conducted according to clearly defined rules. It is every member's responsibility to fully understand the relevant rules before participating in any game.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, d444 may cancel the bets for that round and refund the wagered amount.
• d444's records will be considered final in determining game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies to cricket and other sports betting:

• General examples of betting markets can be given — such as Bangladesh vs India — however d444 makes no guarantee regarding the date, time, or result of any specific match.
• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, action will be taken in accordance with the betting rules.
• d444 will not be held responsible for disconnections during live betting.
